Project Report

This final report outlines the implementation of the University of Bath project, A partnership for engineering CPD, learning, training and knowledge exchange, that involved working in collaboration with three partners (Wiltshire College, Swindon College and the City of Bath College) to research training and CPD amongst local employers in the engineering sector in the region.

The report includes a discussion of the learning and that has resulted from the work carried out and addresses the issue of the sustainability of the project outputs.
