The Easing the Transition from School Mathematics to University project resulted in a range of outputs detailed below:

1. Through undertaking a focus group and a survey of students as to their perspectives on their transition to university-level Maths, a range of themes were identified, especially the success of Further Maths Support Programme (FMSP) materials

2. Outputs from a range of continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities, including:

The trialling of the collaborative practice model of CPD at the University of Bath, which included the reviewing and re-development of a range of Vector & Matrices undergraduate course materials in the Department of Architecture & Civil Engineering at the University
Through the collaborative practice model of CPD case study, the development of 13 recommendations to suggest good practice in student engagement techniques in HE
