What next?

Employer engagement and the further development of the CRM resource has now been prioritised by senior managers who wish to ‘roll out’ its use more widely across the organisation. All Directorates and Schools will ultimately be expected to be aware of the CRM system and to be conducting their engagement with employers through the system so that activity can be tracked and monitored.

Bespoke CRM development will require funding, but the value of this work has been recognised and all staff will be tasked with updating their knowledge and skills to allow more effective employer engagement and use of the Petroc Customer Relationship Management resource.
