Train the trainers resource

A key strand of the Employability Skills of STEM Student Ambassadors project was to develop some 'train the trainer' resources so that ambassadors who had received training through the employability skills workshop could then be trained up to contribute to the delivery of the workshop to future student ambassadors. Doing so would provide students with a valuable new skill - that of facilitation - as well as bring sustainability to the delivery of training.
