A key issue, as indicated by the participants of interviews relating to industry engagement in the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Exeter, is that maintaining—as opposed to simply initiating—relationships with companies can be a particular challenge. This case study looks at that aspect of employer engagment.
