During the interviews with staff in the College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences at the University of Exeter about the process of engaging with industry a recurring theme was "How do we keep track of these relationships?". There was a lot of discussion about the pros and cons of customer relationship management systems. These are reflected in the case study below.
